8. A Personal Note from Jack

I want to take a quick second to step away from the heavy legal jargon and just say a massive thank you. I am incredibly grateful for all the support you, whoever you are reading my legal terms... I respect that, not many people would! I'm a strong believer in personal privacy, which is why I keep our analytics clean and focused purely on how the site is used, without selling your data. We use basic analytics to see which songs are being clicked and where our traffic comes from so we can improve the site, but we don't track you across the web or sell your info.

I also believe deeply in genuine, fair commentary, whether it is overwhelmingly positive or completely negative. The corporate terms above exist solely to protect my company's legal assets and my musical works from commercial theft. Please know I always have my fans' best interests at heart. I will never issue a takedown request or pursue legal action against anyone just for posting a negative review or stating an opinion about my music. That is absolutely not what I'm in this for! I've just gotta protect myself legally. It's dumb, but unfortunately necessary in this day and age. Thanks for being here and listening to my music. Love, J <3
